
Jonathan R. Levine
Mr. Levine is a founding member of the firm and, since 1988, has practiced exclusively in family law.
Mr. Levine attended the University of Texas where he received
a B.B.A. in 1981. He received a J.D. from University of Georgia
School of Law in 1985, and an L.L.M. in litigation from Emory
University in 1986.
Mr. Levine is a member of the Family Law Sections of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Georgia and the Atlanta Bar Association, and serves on the Trial Practice and Techniques Committee, Family Law Section of the American Bar Association. He has been named a Georgia Super Lawyer in Atlanta magazine, a Legal Elite in Georgia Trend magazine, and is listed in Knights of the Bar. He holds numerous professional distinctions including Fellow, American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, of which he is currently Vice-President; member of the Bar Registry of Preeminent Lawyers; rated "AV" by Martindale-Hubbell; and is a past Chair of the Family Law Section of the Atlanta Bar Association. Alvah O.
Smith

Mr. Smith is a member of the Family

Paul J.
Coburn
Mr. Coburn attended Birmingham-Southern College where he received a B.A. in 1990. In 1993 he received a J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law.
Following his graduation from law school, Mr. Coburn worked as an Assistant District Attorney for four years, serving as lead counsel on multiple felony jury trials. He then practiced insurance defense litigation with Swift, Currie, McGhee & Hiers, LLP, before transitioning into the practice of family law in 1999. He has over eight years of experience in family law, and has lectured on the issues of Professionalism and Ethics in Family Law.
Mr. Coburn is a member of the Family Law Sections of the American Bar Association and the State Bar of Georgia, as well as a member of the Atlanta Bar Association and the Lawyers Club of Atlanta. Mr. Coburn was also named a Georgia Rising Star Super Lawyer in Atlanta magazine in 2005 and 2007.

Kelly K. Schiffer
Ms. Schiffer has more than ten years experience in the practice of law and four years experience in the practice of family law in Atlanta. Ms. Schiffer is also a registered mediator with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution, specializing in the areas of Domestic Relations Mediation and General/Civil/Business Mediation. Ms. Schiffer serves as a Guardian ad Litem associated with the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation.
Ms. Schiffer attended the University of Texas at Austin and Washington University, where she received a B.A. in 1991. She received a J.D. from Saint Louis University in 1995.
Ms. Schiffer is a member of the Family Law Sections of the American Bar Association, State Bar of Georgia and the Atlanta Bar Association. She is also a member of the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers. She is actively involved in civic leadership as a member of the The Galloway School Parent Association Executive Committee, Vice Chairman of the Temple Sinai Board of Youth Education and a past member of the Temple Sinai Board of Trustees. She is an active participant with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.

Rachel A. Snider
Ms. Snider joined the firm as a partner in 2007. She has practiced exclusively in family law for the past seven years and in general litigation for the preceding nine years. Ms. Snider attended The University of Alabama where she received a B.A. in 1979. She received a J.D. from Georgia State University College of Law in 1991.
Ms. Snider is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Atlanta Bar Association and the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers. Gillian B. Fierer O'Nan
Ms. O’Nan, a native Atlantan, began her career as a family law attorney at a mid-size law firm in Buckhead. Ms. O’Nan also has experience representing clients in matters involving personal injury and business litigation.
Ms. O’Nan received a B.A. in Political Science, cum laude, from the University of Georgia. She received her J.D., with honors, from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2006, where she was President of the Double Dawg Society. Ms. O’Nan was also the recipient of the Kilpatrick Stockton Mock Trial Competition “Best Attorney Award.” During law school, Ms. O’Nan was involved in a civil externship at Georgia Lawyers for the Arts, a non-profit dedicated to assisting low-income artists, where she worked on various litigation and transactional projects in the music, film, visual art and book publishing industries.
Ms. O’Nan is admitted to practice in all Georgia State and Superior Courts, the Georgia Supreme Court, and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. She is a member of the Georgia State Bar Association and the Atlanta Bar Association, and is active in the Family Law Section of the Atlanta Bar Association. Ms. O’Nan continues pro bono work with Georgia Lawyers for the Arts and is an active member of the Education Committee of the Anti-Defamation League.
